US investors in participating states will receive compensation, with allegations of fraud being withdrawn. States like Alabama, Arizona, and Texas are part of the settlement. Regulators from multiple states and the British Columbia Securities Commission took action against the GSB Group for running a multilevel marketing scheme. Bloomberg reported that hundreds of millions of dollars will be refunded to affected investors in the US and Canada, with a 90-day window to file claims against the group.
